The rampant purchasing of properties by foreigners for investment and Airbnb has to stop. We are being forced out of our own city. This is neocolonialism and spatial apartheid manifesting again.
Restrict and limit foreign property ownership next. Not outright but only X number of properties per building, or X number per individual. Keep it local. Our land is for us.
