affordable small business park

From "Resident Ideas (Jul '25 - Jun '26)"

i have an idea that although it may take some capital (estimated 4 million dep on cost of land) i feel there are major needs for such a small business park thats really affordable for startup entrepenuers like myself. Start up businesses cannot afford thge huge rentals that larger more established businesses can and there is nothing in the scale of what i want to do (20-40 small 8x8m2/ 6x6m2) thats affordable ( between 3500 -5000pm) for these young entrepenuers and start up businesses if the coct could provide land in busy areas to start this it would be a great hit and even with the startup costs of R4million per small business complex the returns could gross 140k per month more than enuff to validate such a small complex being built

Hi Stephen, I think your idea is brilliant.
@REZA RAJIE thank you ... but as expected the CoCT has not responded with a suggestion of where or how i can access a property large enough in an area large enough to carry out this idea. I need the land availability first before i can try russel up some investors to build this. Sadly their goals are NOT to create opportunitys for the people but rather opportunities for themselves to earn more monies from the people
