Animal bylaw - Bees

Please engage with sabio & wcba (western cape bee association) for input. Bees are not like other animals that can be locked up. And are in nature everywhere. It's part of our everyday surroundings. You cannot pass laws without knowledge & experience of wild swarms and urban beekeeping. Please work with the stakeholders that have thousands of members registered already. Members are invited to attend workshops & department of agriculture seminars. They pay membership fees & have active social media channels to communicate.
