We need to preserve the rural feel of Kommetjie village.

Crime at this point is well managed via the use of the infra-red cameras installed and manned by Komwatch, that operate in the darkness.

Pedestrian safety is required mostly during daylight hours and speed control measures are a priority.

Streetlights will not offer any safety to the 100's of pedestrians walking weekdays along Wireless road to work and back.
