I think the Grant should be given to all those who registered as Individual in CSD , because we used to applied RFQ's but nothing came through.I have read the comment that says it must be given to the the people who a bove 40 yrs old , which is good, because Youth have a lot of opportunities,us there a lack because we are above 35 .I don't agree to comment of cleaning the Streets,there is a lot of Organizations who are doing that ,it will be a fight.
It can be better if this Policy Funding can be given all those who are active without funding not matter your business is in different industry,as long as you are active and had registered in this link of Collaboration.
