I think the Tender should be separated to the Organization who are working in this Industry of Water and Sanitation,but the City should focus those who are doing in different ways,like me I am not fixing Water or installing Pipes,I am using the City Link to report the Damage as Volunteer.I am risking of using my Device and my Data
