I am commenting on behalf of Afroforum, Helderberg branch.
Afriforum will agree to putting out the wastewater plants, on contract to private companies, on condition that contractors do not have to conform to the outdated BBEEE requirements and no exorbitant rates are levied to the city to fund bribes to anybody.
The tender processes and actual pricing must be transparent.
