Regarding the Walking and Cycling Strategy: this could be improved by allowing bicycles and dogs on trains- even if it is during the non-rush hour periods only.

Another thing; make the journey pleasant. So many of the newer roads in Cape Town are bleak and treeless. E.g. the road between Noordhoek and Kommetjie. this used to be a pleasant rural area- and now its just tarmac and the sense of place has been lost. It could be improved with massive tree planting.
