I throw out 1 P&P bag of garbage a week. Because I make the effort to recycle. Big reward for that!

I pay the same as my neighbours who make no attempt to recycle.

In fact I pay again for my adjoining empty plot. 

COCT only collects recycling fortnightly. So I have to store my recycling in my unused wheelie bin.

Now they want me to pay 2 cleaning fees as well!
