I am a single parent and I am the breadwinner in the house. I have 2 children and a grandchild that live with me and I am providing for all of them. By increasing the rates water etc is abit steep as the cost of living is already high. I am already struggling with day to day expenses let alone this increase. How I I we survive. Please don’t allow this increase to happen .
