Appreciate the ethos of creating a culture of physical commuting and making that safe and reliable for all.
Along with this we need to change the dominance of car culture and the arrogance associated that makes it unsafe for both pedestrians and cyclists. This includes popular education on what allows for safe cycling and walking - including parking on pavements, cycling out into the road to avoid being stuck unsafely in gutters etc.
We need the implementation strategy to be specific and attainable.
