My Idea is to ask City to give cleaning streets jobs to people who above 40. Those people have lot of responsibilitys.

I have notice that young ones they don't do their correctly while there focus people our there who don't have this opportunity. But still they have to make a plan to feed their grand children's. Let's be fair and give them a chance.
