Proposal for parking space on vacant land

The Dr Abdurahman Day Hospital in Kewtown, Athlone is battling with parking space. The Day hospital is servicing not just Athlone but neighboring communities as well, and this puts extreme pressure on the flow of traffic. Cars/Motor vehicles of visitors/patients is currently parking and blocking a two-way street for a considerable distance which courses frustration and possible violence, hence I propose the City to please investigate or inspect. I propose for a piece of vacant land on the property of Dr Adburahman Day Hosipal to be constructed into parking space for visitors and patients visiting the hospital.
