Refuse truck tracking

I'd like for the municipal collection trucks to have tracking devices on them. When these trucks get near to our registered address on bin day, we get a notification. I keep my bin inside my gate because the bin pickers make a big mess. The problem is that the truck sometimes comes at 6am, sometimes at 11am, sometimes 3pm. If i knew where the truck was i could better prepare.
