Training for Taxi drivers and motorbike riders
Problem: Taxi drivers and motorbike riders have an extremely high accident ratio.
Proposal: I propose that all taxi drivers and motorbike riders be required to pass an advanced driving course such as that provided by the AA, in addition to their normal drivers' licence, and that producing such licences on request from police or traffic police be properly enforced.
