Taxi rank for Gordons bay . The prent unofficial taxi rank isn't equiped and offers no ablutions. Create a better rank.

The present unofficial rank is illegal, has no ablutions or rubbish bins. Can the City be pre-emptive and create such a rank by the Sir Lowry river East bank off Lancaster rd?
