PETER WHITWAM3 days ago I have previously used the online vehicle licencing system for many years. Since the failure of the post office the City has used a system of phoning to confirm collection from a convenient MVR office. My last two interactions did not go well due to not receiving a call for the first and missing the call for the second and not being able to return the call due to the City's computerised telephone system. I would therefore like to suggest that the online system be adapted to give the option to select the preferred MVR office to collect from. The City could possibly also consider offering a courier delivery service at a fee.
