Comment on the amendment of an existing contract relating to electrical measurement systems
We intend amending a contract for the calibration and maintenance of electrical measurement systems, and we want to hear from you.
Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:
Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments from the 24th of July to the 3rd of August 2026 in respect of the proposed amendments
Submissions must be clearly marked: “Amendment of existing contract – Tender 316S/2021/22.”
