Comment on the amendment of an existing contract relating to the Advanced Public Transport Management System (APTMS)

We intend amending a contract for maintenance and operational support for the Advanced Public Transport Management System (APTMS), and we want to hear from you

Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:

Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments from 14 August – 24 August 2026

Submissions must be clearly marked: “Amendment of existing contract – Tender 244S/2022/23.”
