COMMENT ON THE AMMENDMENT OF AN EXISTING CONTRACT RELATING TO THE SUPPLY, SERVICING, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MECHANICAL SCREENS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:
In terms of Section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, the local community and other interested persons are invited to submit comments or representations to the Municipality in respect of the proposed amendments.
Such comments or representations must be received via electronic mail or be delivered at the physical address provided hereunder by 21 September 2026
The City’s Public Participation Unit will assist people who cannot read or write, people with special needs and people from disadvantaged groups who are unable to submit written comments to have their inputs and comments recorded and submitted to the City.
