Comment on the draft contract relating to audiovisual systems

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the City intends entering into the following contract.

Tender number and description: Tender 102S/2023/24: Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Support of Audiovisual Systems from Contract Commencement to 30 June 2025

Estimated value of contract (Excl. VAT): R29 445 695 over a five (5) year period

The contract will incur financial obligations on the Municipality for a period longer than three financial years, but is not expected to be more than five years in total. 

Notice is further given in accordance with Section 21A and Section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the following draft contracts.
