Comment on the draft contract relating to the upgrade of Voortrekker Road, Maitland
The City intends entering into a contract for the upgrade of Voortrekker Road, from 4th Avenue to 12th Avenue in Maitland, and we want to hear from you
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the City intends entering into the following contract:
The contract will incur financial obligations on the Municipality for a period longer than three financial years.
Notice is further given in accordance with Section 21A and Section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the following draft contracts.
A copy of the draft contract is available on the City’s website at https://www.capetown.gov.za/haveyoursay. It is also available for inspection at the Cape Town Civic Centre, 12 Hertzog Boulevard, Foreshore, Cape Town, Municipal Libraries and Sub-Council Offices between 30 June 2026 and 17 July 2026.
