The City intends entering into a contract for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of book theft detection systems
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the City intends entering into the following contract:
Tender number and description: Tender 028S/2024/25: Supply, delivery and installation of new book theft detection systems and the maintenance of existing book theft detection systems for the City of Cape Town
Estimated value of contract (Excl. VAT): R7 031 511 27.00 over a five (5) year period.
The contract will incur financial obligations on the Municipality for a period longer than three financial years, but is not expected to be more than six years in total.
Notice is further given in accordance with Section 21A and Section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the following draft contracts.
