Resident inspector programme
From "Resident Ideas (Jul '25 - Jun '26)"
Go to the project

propose a Resident Inspector Programme to strengthen accountability in municipal service delivery.
After a service request is marked as completed, the reporting resident receives a notification to confirm whether the issue has been properly resolved, with the option to approve or dispute the outcome. If disputed, the case is re-opened for review.
This creates a direct verification loop between residents and the City, improving service quality, reducing repeat faults, and increasing transparency and trust in service delivery.

I agree. Often a C3 notification is tagged as complete when it is not. Causing frustration from residents and distrust in the City.
