Comment on the draft contract relating to the Group Life Scheme for City employees

Following a procurement process in terms of the City of Cape Town’s (City) system of delegations, the City intends to conclude a contract for the Provision of a Service Provider: Broker to administer the Group Life Scheme for the Employees of the City of Cape Town. The Service Provider shall be responsible to administer the Group Life Scheme for the Employees of the City of Cape Town from the commencement date of the contract not exceeding 30 June 2032

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the City intends entering into the following contract:

Notice is further given in accordance with Section 21A and Section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the following draft contracts from 31 July – 30 August 2026.
